Include shape, dimensions, tolerances, grade, operating temperatures, quantity and contact information. You can upload a drawing with the inquiry form.
Can we discuss samples first?
Please describe sample quantity and validation needs. Sample arrangements, costs and timing depend on the specific product.
What are the minimum order quantity and lead time?
Dimensions, grade and machining requirements affect production planning. Send your specifications so minimum quantities and lead time can be agreed.
How do we choose the material grade?
Provide continuous and peak operating temperatures, magnetic requirements and motor application conditions, then review the grade with the drawing.
How can we follow up after sending a drawing?
